Manage Your Turbine Account
The Turbine Billing Account Management Site is where you can:
- Activate an account with a product key
- Manage your billing information such as your credit card number and billing address
- Manage your personal information such as your on-file email address
- Change your password or recall it if you have forgotten it

How do I pay for my AC subscription? Your monthly billing plan is via credit card. You will need to choose a username and password for the subscription.
What type of payments do you accept? Turbine accepts the following credit cards for subscription payments: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover. We also accept Mastercard and Visa debit or check cards.
How will I know if my account was successfully created? You will be sent confirmation to the email address used for your account creation that your Asheron's Call account has been created and that you are ready to login to the worlds.
Will I be able to update my account information at any time? You will be able to update and modify your account information via the web at any time.
Account Username and Subscription Username(s) are constant and are not able to be modified.
