Asheron’s Call Migration Request

Old MSN Zone accounts can still be migrated to the Turbine Account Management system. Although there is no guarantee that the migration attempt will be successful, Turbine Account Management can attempt to migrate a MSN Zone account to the Turbine billing system.

In addition to Turbine's standard Terms of Service, the following terms and conditions will apply to all Asheron's Call™ One-Time Multi-Month Payments described on this website as ("Multi-Month Purchase Request"). In the event of a conflict between Turbine's standard Terms of Service and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will apply. Turbine reserves the right to modify and update these terms and conditions at any time with or without notification.

Payment Policy & Disclaimers for Asheron's Call™ Multi-Month Purchases

 

  • You must have an active Asheron's Call™ account with valid payment information on file in order to take part in the multi-month promotion
  • Turbine is NOT responsible for any overdraft fees resulting from customers using cards with insufficient balances to cover the above costs. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure funds are prepared to cover all applicable fees.
  • All Asheron's Call™ Multi-Month Purchases are subject to a "No Refunds" policy.
  • Please note: *After your prepaid game time has expired your subscription will revert to 12.95 monthly billing cycle.
  • You will be notified via email after you request has been completed
  • This request is submitted to a Turbine representative which will manually debit your account. You will receive an email once your game time and payment has been successfully received.
